Windward point #102 is a beautifully decorated three bedroom, two bath unit directly on the white shores beach in the heart of Orange Beach. The master bedroom features a king bed with a flat screen and private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV, and the third bedroom has two full beds and a TV. The living room also features a HD flat screen TV and a pull out sofa. This unit has a full sized washer and dryer and wi-fi is included. Large patio on gulf front with great views of gulf and pool in Orange Beach.

This Orange Beach direct beachfront condo complex features a beautiful outdoor pool, a heated indoor pool, exercise room, tennis courts,
basketball court, hot tub, sauna, and a grill area.

RVs and trailers are not permitted on-site. To purchase your parking passes, you have the following options. Have the vehicle license plate number and Windward Pointe condo unit number ready.

You can purchase your parking passes before getting to the condo. Your license plate will be registered with the guard and onsite security system.

* This nonsmoking unit will sleep 10, two cars per stay

* Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit no refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not 25 years old .

* Orange Beach, Alabama direct beachfront.

***LONG TERM MONTHLY RENTALS from OCT-FEB are due in full 90 days prior to arrival***

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay
