The 2nd bedroom has TWO QUEEN SIZE BEDS along with a flat screen television and an attached bathroom with combination bathtub and shower. The living room features a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The unit as been updated with wood plank flooring throughout and a remodeled is fully equipped kitchen. The unit also has a full sized washer and dryer.

This unit is in a great location on the 7th floor at Phoenix East. It has a great view of the beach to keep an eye on the family and friends. It doesn't get any better than being on the beach! Location, Location, Location!!!
