This spacious updated gulf front three bedroom and three bathroom unit is the perfect home away from home for your family's beach vacation rented by White Shores Realty Four Seasons unit 602 West in Orange Beach is the perfect location in the building for great gulf views. The unit extends out close to the beach, giving the unit the best views in the complex. The direct gulf front unit features a large living area. The living area also features a new large flat screen television! The kitchen is updated with new quartz counter tops and new appliances for all of your cooking and prep needs. You will find the kitchen very well equipped.

The dining area boasts a large table with 6 chairs and a wet bar with ice machine for those relaxing sunny beach days. The balcony hosts a table that seats four comfortably!

The master bedroom suite features a cozy king-size bed, balcony access, and a flat screen television. The attached master bathroom is perfect for your stay.The second bedroom contains another king bed and flat screen television. This room also has balcony access, making it perfect for two couples. In the extra large third bedroom, you will enjoy two queen beds and a set of twin bunk beds.

This complex features the only private fishing pier in the area on the Gulf of Mexico. Four seasons offers a gulf front outdoor pool, and an indoor pool, and a large gulf front sunning deck. There is a work-out facility for anyone age 17 and up.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

PARKING: Allows 1-2 cars, One parking pass is included in rental packet.  If a second pass is needed the price is $60.00 plus tax. SPECIAL NOTE: The Home Owners Association (HOA) limits parking to ONLY ONE vehicle per unit between May 24th to 31st and June 28th to July 6th, 2025. NO TRUCKS WITH DUAL REAR WHEELS ARE ALLOWED*.

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
