Unit 301 is a corner Gulf front property at Phoenix X with spectacular third floor views. It is the perfect home away from home for a family or group of 8 people whom love the beach and like to stay somewhere clean, fun, and relaxing.

This three bedroom unit has a king bed in the master with glass doors going directly to deck with beautiful views and an attached large master bath. The 2nd guest room has a queen bed and a twin bed with a walk through bath to the third room that has a king bed. There is a half bath in hallway that is very convenient for guest sleeping on the queen sofa sleeper in the main living area.
Phoenix X is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to the Flora-Bama, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State Park which features several fun activities for the whole group from zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State Park Pier! There are plenty of water-sports to enjoy close-by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few.

Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to; large Gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!

Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. You are allowed two with this property. Parking passes are around $60 each. Ike’s Beach Service is in charge of the tent space on the beach and guest can call them for a spot at

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
