The dining table will seat 8 and the breakfast bar will seat 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware needed to prepare amazing meals and snacks while on your vacation. Coffee lovers will appreciate the coffee station that is equipped with a pod or drip coffee maker. All of the bedrooms are furnished with brand new furniture and mattresses that are sure to help relax and recharge for your next beach adventure! This beautiful vacation home also includes FREE HIGH-SPEED FIBER INTERNET for you and your guests.

Summer Salt's Sueños de Playa (Beach Dreams) Lot 54 is located just off Perdido Beach Blvd, ( located directly behind The Ruby Slipper Cafe ), just a 15 min walk or 3 min ride to The Romar Beach Public Beach Area which offers parking . "It is owned by The City of Orange Beach- a fee is required for parking".
The new Docs Seafood and Steaks - Live Bait & Wolf Bay Restaurants, are all a 5 min walk. Also, the beach side Mini Golf is a 5 min walk.

You are only a 15 minute-walk away from the pristine white shores and turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can also enjoy our large zero entry community pool or for the biking, running or walking enthusiast head over to the Gulf State Park which offers over 25 miles of
trails.

* Garbage: Twice a week pickup on Tuesdays & Thursdays ***Carts should be out the night before or by 6 a.m. the day of service***

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee. This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card.
